Promosso dal Comune di Trieste nell’ambito di “TriesteEstate” ed organizzato, come nelle precdenti edizioni, dalla “Casa della Musica/Scuola di Musica55” la decima edizione del festival internazionale TriesteLovesJazz inizierà il giorno 11 luglio e terminerà il 25 luglio.
A queste date si aggiungeranno la serata dedicata al Maestro Lelio Luttazzi il 27 luglio, la rassegna “Made in Trieste” e il concerto all’alba sul Molo Audace il 14 agosto.
Sono previsti nella centralissima Piazza Verdi e nel suggestivo parco di Villa Sartorio, 34 concerti con la partecipazione di protagonisti d’oltreoceano della scena del jazz mondiale, di vari artisti italiani, europei ed extraeuropei di primo piano e di numerosi musicisti della nostra città e della regione che testimoniano l’alto profilo musicale e la vocazione internazionale del festival.

The festival’s guidelines include the presence of great names of the USA jazz scene, as well as first rate Italian and European artists, and of course, last but not least, several Italian north east area and local jazz musicians, and it also has strong links to other international music festivals and happenings.
Between the 11th and the 25th of July, more than 34 concerts are to be held, in two of the town’s most evocative spots, Piazza Verdi and Park of Museum Sartorio; after a hiatus, there shall be one last date, a dawn concert on the Molo Audace on the 9th of August.
